Steve has over two decades of experience in multifamily real estate investment and asset management. He has six years in various financial leadership roles with Village Green, a firm that manages 45,000 apartments. Prior to Village Green Steve spent 5 years as the CEO of Kaftan Communities. Steve received his BA from Michigan State University and is also a certified public accountant.
