He brings over three dedcades of experience in the commerical real estate brokerage and development background to Greystone Bel. Steve has over two decades of experience in multifamily real estate investment and asset management. He has six years in various financial leadership roles with Village Green, a firm that manages 45,000 apartments. Prior to Village Green Steve spent 5 years as the CEO of Kaftan Communites. Steve recieved his BA from Michigan State University and is also a certified public accountant.
Nick of Greystone Bel Real Estate Advisors, a joint venture between Greystone and Michigan-based Bel Real Estate Advisors (fka: Commercial Property Advisors) began his career focused on marketing and invesement sales in Michigan and Ohio. He created a data merge platform to help with efficiency and accuracy of all marketing projects. Nick has underwritten over $250 million in multifamily assets in the past 2 years.
Austin of Greystone Bel Real Estate Advisors, a joint venture between Greystone and Michigan-based Bel Real Estate Advisors (fka: Commercial Property Advisors) joined on with Greystone Bel focusing on investment sales. Austin received his BS in Business Management from Northwood University. Due to his unprecedented work ethic and strong interpersonal skills, Austin brings a young and vibrant skill set to an already well experienced team.
